The Archival Program is formed to provide solid grounds of discussions and critical reflection in the symposium.

The Temporary Library Norway

The Main part of the program is the exhibition of The Temporary Library Norway – a project produced and developed by TEKS – Trondheim Electronic Arts Centre. The initial Temporary Library Norway collection consists of 100+ printed publications that represent the Norwegian media art field. The collection forms the most comprehensive knowledge and documentation of the field in terms of history, artistic activities and artists. For the exhibition, TEKS will launch the new updated archive with a set of new publications in the field. Also a new printed catalog of the full collection will be presented during the archival program. Temporary Library serves as a discursive platform to explore, uncover and analyse the female artists role in the experimental arts. The Temporary Library project was initiated by Alessandro Ludovico / Neural Magazine and was produced by TEKS for the Meta.Morf – The 5th Trondheim Biennale for Art and Technology in 2018. Video Art Screening Program

The second part is the Video Art Screening Program showing female produced video artworks. The Video Art Screenings are organized in collaboration with Videokunstarkivet and PNEK.
